Nick is a seasoned professional with deep roots in Chicago’s live sound scene, including work at venues such as The Cubby Bear and Metro Chicago. He brings a rare combination of technical mastery and an artist’s ear to every production, ensuring that what audiences hear and see feels intentional, balanced, and powerful.

Under Nick’s direction, our Audio/Visual division oversees every detail of sound, lighting, and visual production. His team of skilled engineers and technicians ensures that every cue, lighting change, and sonic detail supports the energy of the performance and the emotion of the moment.

By keeping all audio and visual production under one roof, Matthew James Entertainment maintains full creative control over the look and sound of every event.
